Im 17 and i just bought one i thought this ebike would be lower quality but it is actually kinda nice only bad thing is that the extra seat can only take a small child. But everything else the bike was pretty much built just had to take some zip ties off and put some things on. The bike came with some tools to put things in place. The bike is fast especially for the money your paying. Comes with a horn and lights for the dark so that your seen by others. The bike also came very fast like id say like 4-5 days after you order it.

Very good for the price. Needed something that can get me to the mechanic and my house/job or late night trip without waking up the nieghbors. The box it came in is heavy and unwieldy enough that it deterred porch thiefs from taking a swipe at it. Yes the charger is included and even a free hanging basket to carry goods in. Thanks, this thing is pretty cool.

The bike is good and solves problems; it’s the best in terms of quality and price. Customer service is attentive to messages, although like everything cheap, it has its issues that you should improve.
1- changing tires for puncture-proof ones
2-the battery life for someone over 55kg decreases
3- with the tools included in the package, you must adjust so that everything fits perfectly in place.
I truly recommend it and give it 5 stars because it is quite good for the price and covers the needs for short trips.

Friend is getting this for his grandson’s christmas. The bike shipped quick and was in good shape , though fedex never contacted me of the delivery which my wife found on the ground out front. Bike is a great value and it’s performs is surprising. Nothing fancy but the system is great. The kid is going to love it… his granddad is already test riding it.

Pleasantly surprised with the whole process! 1st, it showed up to my door in maryland in 4 days from purchase. 2nd, it is actually powerful enough to get up our infamous steep hill. 3rd it was super easy to set up and my 12 year old loves it for zipping to and from the basketball court. Has a built in usb for his phone!!!! Strong enough to zip me around the neighborhood and folds for our tiny home. Insane value in this purchase!

As my first ebike i love the foldability design of it, i can fit this thing in my closet with no problems. The battery life is exceptionally well, and the pedal assistance on it is a bit questionable but still reliable. To anyone looking to buy this if you need something that you can bring with you everywhere with no issues this is the thing for you.
