The shipping was basically instant, i got the chair within 2 days of ordering it. The instructions were very easy and the video also helped out a lot for building it. The chair is amazing with nice cushioning and the lumbar pillow. For a big guy with back problems this is a very nice chair and a huge upgrade from last office chair which had not back support and a weak seat cushion, which is the complete opposite for this chair thankfully. I am truly pleased and would definitely recommend this chair to bigger people like myself or even if you just want a big cozy chair that you might fall asleep in

Arrived in a box requiring 2 people to lift. Assembly, while time consuming was straight forward with adequate and clear instructions. The chair is exactly as described and very sturdy. It would be optimal if it could adjust height better to allow it to be 1-2 inches lower. It clears my desk just barely.

This chair is great! Soft, but dense, so it feels like it should stay cushioned for a while. Frame is sturdy and the assembly is not complicated at all. Delivered by fedex within a week. Totally recommend

Packaged well, appears well built, sturdy materials, i’m 6’3′, this is a little smaller than i thought it would be, i wish it was 20% bigger, the seat isn’t deep enough, the back isn’t tall enough, the cushion may need a little breaking, it was pretty firm, it’s a nice looking chair
